Please read and follow the instructions below carefully.

1. Professional Cleaning Only

We strongly recommend dry cleaning only for all Studio Arsh garments.

Due to the delicate nature of embroidery, embellishments, beadwork, and luxury fabrics, home washing may cause irreversible damage.

2. Handling & Wear

Handle your garment with clean, dry hands.
Avoid pulling or tugging on embroidery, sequins, or delicate threads.
Be cautious when wearing jewellery or accessories that may snag fabric.
Avoid contact with perfumes, deodorants, makeup, and hairsprays directly on the garment.

3. Storage

Proper storage helps maintain the shape and quality of your outfit:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Use a breathable garment bag (preferably cotton or muslin)
Avoid plastic covers for long-term storage as they can trap moisture
Hang heavier garments on padded hangers to maintain structure
For heavily embellished outfits, store folded with acid-free tissue paper if necessary

4. Ironing & Steaming

Use low heat only
Always place a protective cloth between the iron and fabric
Steaming is preferred for most garments
Avoid direct heat on embroidery, sequins, or delicate embellishments

5. Embroidery & Embellishments

Studio Arsh garments often feature hand embroidery, beadwork, sequins, and fine detailing.

Please note:

Minor bead or sequin shedding may occur over time and is considered normal
Loose threads should not be pulled; they should be carefully trimmed or secured
These characteristics are part of the handcrafted nature of the garment and are not defects

6. Stains & Spills

Do not attempt to scrub or wash stained areas at home
Gently blot (do not rub) any spills with a clean, dry cloth
Seek professional dry cleaning immediately for stain treatment

7. Alterations

If alterations are required after delivery:

Always consult a professional tailor experienced with luxury or bridal wear
Inform them about embroidery placement before making any adjustments
Studio Arsh is not responsible for damage caused during third-party alterations

8. Disclaimer

Each Studio Arsh piece is handcrafted and unique. Slight variations in texture, embroidery, and finishing are natural and should be embraced as part of its artisanal identity.

Damage caused by improper handling, washing, or storage is not covered under our Return or Refund Policy.

At Studio Arsh, every garment is handcrafted and made specifically for each customer. As our products are custom-made, we encourage you to carefully review all product details, sizing information, measurements, and order specifications before completing your purchase.

By placing an order with Studio Arsh, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom-Made Orders

All Studio Arsh garments are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Because every piece is individually crafted, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Personal preference
- Event cancellations or changes in plans
- Shipping delays caused by couriers or customs authorities
- Slight color variations due to lighting, photography, fabric dye lots, or different screen displays
- Minor variations in embroidery, embellishments, beadwork, fabric texture, or handcrafted detailing
- Normal wear and tear after delivery

Sizing & Measurements

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size or providing accurate custom measurements.

If custom measurements are submitted incorrectly, Studio Arsh cannot be held responsible for the resulting fit.

As body shapes vary, minor alterations by a local tailor may occasionally be required to achieve an ideal fit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded, as materials and labour have already been committed to your custom garment.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

- You received an incorrect item; or
- Your garment has a significant manufacturing defect; or
- Your item was damaged during transit.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- A detailed description of the issue

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your claim is approved after inspection, Studio Arsh may, at its sole discretion:

- Repair the garment;
- Replace the garment; or
- Issue a full or partial refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of our error.

Exchanges

As every garment is custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for sizing, colour preference, style selection, or changes of mind.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to pay applicable customs duties or import taxes, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any costs associated with reshipping the order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.

By placing an order, you agree to provide Studio Arsh with the opportunity to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Studio Arsh reserves the right to provide order confirmations, production records, photographs, correspondence, and shipping documentation to payment providers to dispute invalid chargeback claims.

Order Processing

All orders are custom-made and begin production only after payment has been successfully received.

Our standard production timeline is approximately 40–60 days, depending on the design complexity, embroidery, customization requirements, fabric availability, and seasonal order volume.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Once your order has been completed, it will undergo a final quality inspection before being carefully packaged and shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and selected shipping service.

Estimated shipping transit times after dispatch are:

- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 4–10 business days
- International: 5–15 business days

These delivery estimates do not include the production period.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking
