Studio Arsh is a luxury fashion brand specializing in handcrafted and made-to-order ethnic wear. Each garment is individually created with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, or that you have obtained the necessary consent to use this website and purchase our products.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, sizing information, and photographs are accurate.

However, due to the handcrafted nature of our garments:

• Slight variations in embroidery, embellishments, beadwork, fabric texture, and finishing may occur.

• Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and fabric dye lots.

• These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and do not constitute defects.

Studio Arsh reserves the right to modify product designs, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Most Studio Arsh garments are made specifically for each customer.

Production begins after payment has been successfully received.

Estimated production time is approximately 40–60 days, excluding shipping transit time.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this production timeline.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required before production begins.

Studio Arsh reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies, or issue a full refund if necessary.

6. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

Studio Arsh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Payment issues

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing

• Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate billing and shipping information.

• Selecting the correct size or providing accurate custom measurements.

• Reviewing their order confirmation for accuracy.

• Paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local government fees.

Studio Arsh is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate customer-provided information.

8. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not entitle customers to cancellations or refunds.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are only available in the limited circumstances described in our Refund & Return Policy.

All content on this website—including but not limited to photographs, product designs, logos, graphics, videos, text, branding, and website content—is the exclusive property of Studio Arsh unless otherwise stated.
