By placing an order with Studio Arsh, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom-Made Orders

All Studio Arsh garments are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Because every piece is individually crafted, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Personal preference
- Event cancellations or changes in plans
- Shipping delays caused by couriers or customs authorities
- Slight color variations due to lighting, photography, fabric dye lots, or different screen displays
- Minor variations in embroidery, embellishments, beadwork, fabric texture, or handcrafted detailing
- Normal wear and tear after delivery

Sizing & Measurements

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size or providing accurate custom measurements.

If custom measurements are submitted incorrectly, Studio Arsh cannot be held responsible for the resulting fit.

As body shapes vary, minor alterations by a local tailor may occasionally be required to achieve an ideal fit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded, as materials and labour have already been committed to your custom garment.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

- You received an incorrect item; or
- Your garment has a significant manufacturing defect; or
- Your item was damaged during transit.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your claim is approved after inspection, Studio Arsh may, at its sole discretion:
